You can usually wear VivaSox multiple times before washing them. This depends on your daily activities and how much you sweat.
How long do the socks last?
Our VivaSox last as long as regular socks even after multiple washings.

No. VivaSox are a combination Sock/Insole that Inserts into your shoe so all you have to do is slip your foot in and your ready to go.
